• Born in Manchester, Connecticut on January 18, 1996• Diagnosed with a neuroblastoma shortly after she turned one• In 2000, she received a stem cell transplant• After the transplant, she told her mother that she wanted to

have a lemonade stand to raise money for doctors to help other kids like her

• That year, she raised $2000 for her hospital • She held yearly lemonade stands to raise money for

childhood cancer• She died in 2004 having raised over 1 million dollars for

childhood cancer

• She was well beyond her years in selflessness and inspired many others to do the same

• Alex Scott was and always will be a figure of hope in not only the cancer community, but all over the world
