Practice-Integrated Standard
• 3.NF.3 Recognize and generate simple equivalent fractions. Explain why the fractions are equivalent.
• F-BF.2 Write arithmetic and geometric sequences both recursively and with an explicit formula, use them to model situations, and translate between the two forms.

Practice-Related Standard
• 4.NBT.5 Multiply a whole number of up to four digits by a one-digit whole number, and multiply two two-digit numbers, using strategies based on place value and the properties of operations. Illustrate and explain the calculation by using equations, rectangular arrays, and/or area models.
