Kate has over 30 years of business experience that she brings to her role as Director of Regional Quality Improvement for the P2 Collaborative of WNY. She uses her background in sales and engineering management within the manufacturing sector in combination with her training as a certified coach and team coach to support ambulatory quality improvement initiatives for P2 throughout the eight counties of Western New York. She oversees a network of quality improvement practice facilitators and engages personally in conducting team coaching at the practice level to help primary care practices work through the stages of change necessary to support ongoing quality improvements.
