PARTY NIGHTS1. All prices include VAT at the current rate.2. Confirmation and receipts will be forwarded

to you to confirm the booking.3. Payments: Cheques should be forwarded

by post. To pay cash, the meetings and events office is open from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. Credit card payments will be accepted by completion of the booking form and can be sent by email or post. Should you require to pay by BACS please contact the hotel direct.

4. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking if full payment, having been requested by the hotel, is not received prior to the event taking place.

5. The hotel reserves the right to alter any items, procedures and services within this brochure without prior notice. All bookings and rates are subject to availability.

6. The reservation is confirmed only once the payment has been cashed by the Radisson Blu Hotel and confirmation has been sent out to guest.

7. Dress code: smart, no jeans or trainers.8. Wine and beverage prices are subject to

CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHTS AND PARTY LUNCHES1. All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit

of £15.00 per person with completed booking form and returned within 10 working days of enquiry.

2. Only one cheque per party must be submitted. Full payment required by 31st October 2013.

3. Should final payment not be received by this date then the booking will automatically be released with the loss of all deposit paid. Bookings made after 31st October 2013 requires full payment.

4. Deposits and final payments are strictly non-refundable and cannot be offset against other services or products.

5. Final numbers and pre-orders of wine and food must be confirmed with the hotel two weeks prior to the event.

6. Account bars must be arranged prior to the event with the Christmas coordinator. Payment authorisation form and value to be completed on booking. Full payment must be made prior to departure.

7. Tables are multiples of 10. Parties of less than 10 may be asked to share. Depending on numbers, one or all of our Banqueting Suites may be occupied during these package arrangements.

8. We reserve the right to cancel events if suitable numbers are not met.

9. Please note that only people aged 18 years or over can attend our Christmas party nights and lunches.

10. All wines and alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the hotel, no corkage will be allowed for any event.

11. The hotel will adhere to the licensing laws and reserves the right to refuse admission and to escort a guest off the premises whose behaviour is inappropriate.
