author, Allan Campion, as he hosts a cooking
class featuring his all time favourite Asian dishes.
A world travelled foodie Allan has co-authored
more than thirty cookbooks and guide books. His
love of Asia, both for the culture as well as the
cuisine, shines through in this class.
Work with Allan in this interactive cooking class
which begins with an introduction to the very
best, easy-to-buy Asian ingredients.
These ingredients are put to good use in this
delicious menu with entrees such as roast duck
rice paper rolls, Thai BBQ prawns, oysters with
Asian dressing and pandan chicken parcels.
Main courses range from Thai red roasted
pumpkin, spinach and chickpea curry, to a made
from scratch Malaysian beef rendang.
This is followed by a beautiful soy pot roasted
chicken and an amazing braised pork belly with
star anise and ginger.
These remarkably easy-to-make dishes will
revolutionise your cooking in the future.

Allan Campion is renowned for his industry
knowledge and long running connections with the
Melbourne food scene. Allan left school at 16 to
become a chef and travelled the globe working in
the food industry.
