Buyer is Responsible for a $15 Fee per Modern, Regulated orMaryland Banned Firearm for Our FFL Dealer to take the firearm off his books and Transfer it to your FFL Dealer. Buyer isresponsible for the actual cost of shipping. Shipping via US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS. Shipping fees must be paid prior tothe items being shipped. Shipping charges will be billed separately from the items won at auction. It may be 14-21 days time from theday that the invoice for items won is charged & the shipping charges are determined & charged. IT SHOULD BE UNDERSTOODTHAT THIS TYPE OF SHIPPING CAN BE VERY EXPENSIVE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU CHOSE NOT TOHAVE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED. Shipping will not be available on some larger sized items. These items will be marked in thecatalog. If you purchase an item marked with shipping not available the buyer will be responsible for hiring a moving/freight companyand pay all associated costs. Allen & Marshall will handle the shipping on all High Capacity Magazines exceeding a Capacity of more than 10 rounds. It is illegalto transfer, sell or handout a magazine in the State of MD with a capacity above 10 Rounds. These magazines will only be shipped outof the State of Mayland to a Jurisdicton where they are legal.

Shipping for Non-Firearm Items: Allen & Marshall Auctioneers will not handle the shipping of Non-Firearm items. All Non Firearmitems that require shipping will be out sourced to the UPS Pack and Ship Store located in Salisbury at 1147 South SalisburyBoulevard, Salisbury, MD 21801 Phone:(410) 749-5070. Allen & Marshall Auctioneers in not affiliated in any way with the UPSPack & Ship store and we have no control over pricing. Payment for the packing, materials, boxes, insurance, Signature Confirmation,handling & shipping of purchased lots is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Buyer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping andany fees involved in shipping your items. Shipping fees must be paid prior to the items being shipped. Buyers will be notified whendelivery of their items to the UPS Store has been made. A copy of your invoice/contact information will be delivered with your items.It is generally about 7 days before the credit cards are processed and the moneies are deposited into our account. At that point wedeliver the items to them. If you desire to pay with a check or money order this will greatly affect the time that it takes to process youritems. 13. All statements made by the Auctioneer the day of the auction take precedence over oral statements and/or printed materials.

15. This will be an Absentee Bid Online Auction on the Allen & Marshall Website.. Bids must be placed online no lather thanThursday 2-2-17 at 3 PM EST. Bids will be downloaded from our online server into our Auction Platform and executed in the liveauction starting at 5 PM.

16. The Auction Co. reserves the right to extend the bidding time if an error should occur with the online server.
