PROCESS

Phase 1

Liquefy toxins which are accumulated in �e �ssue level and mobilize it �rough Ayurvedic treatments such as udwa�ana and �e use of essen�al oils in Aroma�erapy and essen�al oil infused sea salt scrubs. Using �e postures and brea� work in yoga to release �e physical as well as psychic blo�ages.

Phase 2

Phase 1

Rookshana procedures like udwartana is done to eliminate �e “ama” or �e metabolic waste and to reduce �e subcutaneous fat from �e body. Essen�al oils are infused wi� sea salt for a powerful aroma�erapy body scrub to remove toxins from �e skin.

Phase 2

Abhyanga, Choornaswedana, Aromatherapy and Aroma cocoon moves the toxins and metabolic waste �rough �e “sro�as” or circulatory channels as a prepara�on to eliminate �em �rough �e Panchakarma or cleansing procedures.
