Accessing your Dealer Transaction Activity Report

Dealer Transaction Report Allows you to view all details of every dealer transaction including: billing amount and breakdown of charges for a specific date or date range.

You will receive an accounting email everyday for charges from the previous business day.

•Because this process takes the hassle out of paper transmittals, a reminder on how to look up total charges for these transmittals will be included in this

email

•Please contact our help desk with any questions

HOW TO ACCESS

Click icon to add picture

•Log into eTitle and click on reports

•Select the date or date range

•From the drop down list select Dealer Transaction Activity Report

•If you have access to more than one dealership please select to view this report by ALL DEALERS or by one specific dealer

•Select Generate to pull up report in Excel format
