• Reflects factors that contribute to the WB of areas

• Tells much about life in communities

• Makes user the expert/ a major factor in the success

of the CAs

• Reflects many factors related to sustainability, development, social/economic status, quality of life and population health

Fully Developed Software System

• Front end makes data access and use easy

• Back end allows ease in managing and maintaining the system

• Remote access soon available
