7 p.m.Howard Zinn Lecture SeriesFeaturing Bill MoyersEnjoy an illuminating presentation by veteran broadcast journalist and political commentator Bill Moyers, who has been recognized, during his forty-year career, as one of the unique voices of his generation. Location: George Sherman Union, Metcalf Hall, 775 Commonwealth Ave. (Charles River Campus) The Howard Zinn Lecture Series is made possible by a generous gift from Alex MacDonald, Esq. (CAS’72), and Maureen A. Strafford, MD (MED’76).

7 to 10 p.m. GSDM Alumni Reception Reconnect will fellow GSDM alums and their guests as you recount your favorite dental school memories and share your personal and professional successes since graduation. The reception will feature the presentation of the Special Dean’s Awards and Alumni Awards. This year’s winners of the Special Dean’s Award are Dr. Celeste Kong, Dr. John Guarente, Mr. Timothy McDonough, and Dr. Ronni Schnell.
