With 35+ carriers participating, Amadeus Ticket Changer Refund automatically checks the ticket’s refund conditions, calculates the refund amount and any cancellation penalty, and fills in the refund screen, regardless of where the ticket was originally booked. Amadeus Ticket Changer Refund calculations are based on ATPCO Rule Category 33, the voluntary refund conditions
filed by airlines. It can also process the penalty category, ATPCO Rule Category 16, making all airline fares eligible for Amadeus Ticket Changer Refund processing.
