3. On the resulting screen, enter the five-digit sku in the "Stock Number" field and "EUR" (for Euros) in the "Currency" field (Note: we can also enter "GBP" (for Great Britain Pounds) in the "Currency" field, but since this procedure is only for adding skus to Amazon sites whose currency is in Euros, we will always enter "EUR" when following this procedure):

4. On the resulting the OMS screen, ensure that there are prices entered for Price Columns 1 and 2:

5. Press F9 on your keyboard to return to the MultiCurrency Pricing screen in the OMS.

10. On the resulting screen, check to make sure that there is available inventory in DC3 (our European warehouse) by ensuring that the "In Stock DC3" value (39 in the screenshot below) is at least 1 and is greater than the "Reserved Dc3" value (0 in the screenshot below):

or that there is sufficient quantity in a future DC3 purchase order to ultimately result in an "In Stock DC3" value greater than the current "Reserved Dc3" value:

II. Set Up the Sku in Seller Central

1. Assuming the sku is set up correctly in the OMS, log into the European version of Seller Central (http://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk) by entering your email address and password in this form:

(you may see slightly different elements and navigation options depending on your level of permissions in Seller Central).

2. Once you are logged in to Seller Central, choose "www.amazon.co.uk" from the drop-down

menu in the header (choose this even though you won't be adding the sku to Amazon UK):

3. Select "Manage Inventory" from the "Inventory" drop-down menu:

4. On the resulting page, enter the five-digit sku in the search field just under the "Manage Inventory" title and click on the "Search" button:

5. On the resulting page, select the 10-character "ASIN" just under the Product Name and copy it:

6. Choose the Amazon site to which you would like to add the new product by selecting the site from the drop-down menu in the header:

This will load the Seller Central version for the Amazon site you have chosen. 7. Note: If you have chosen a foreign language site, you can change the language of navigation

items, element titles, etc. by selecting "English" from the language menu in the footer:

16. On the "Offer" tab, begin by selecting the "Condition: New" radio button in the "Existing Offer" section (this will deactivate the "No, I want this to be separate" radio button in the "Unique Offer" section):

a. When choosing product images to upload, keep these Amazon guidelines in mind (our

guidelines for telescope.com images are less restrictive – all of our main images should meet the Amazon guidelines, but not all of our alternate images will):

• Products must fill at least 85% of the image. Images must show only the

product that is for sale, with few or no props and with no logos, watermarks or inset images. Images may only contain text that is a part of the product.

• Main images must have a pure white background, must be a photo (not a drawing) and must not contain excluded accessories.

• Images must be at least 1,000 pixels on the longest side and at least 500 pixels on the shortest side to be zoom-able.

• Images must not exceed 10,000 pixels on the longest side. • JPEG is the preferred image format, but you also may use TIFF and GIF files.

b. Begin by identifying and downloading the main and alternate product images from the

21. On the "Description" tab, you will enter this information:

• Product Description (the five-digit sku) • Five Product Attributes Bullet Points (always "New")

a. Return to the CMS application and ensure that the sku you are adding to Amazon is

still active in the CMS and that the language tab corresponding to the Amazon site to which you are adding the product is still active. Copy and paste the content from the "Website Description" tab into the "Product Description" field in Amazon Seller Central:

22. On the "Keywords" tab, you will enter this information:

• Keywords (found in the CMS)

d. Return to the CMS application and ensure that the sku you are adding to Amazon is still active in the CMS and that the language tab corresponding to the Amazon site to which you are adding the product is still active. Manually type the five-digit sku into the first "Search Terms" field and then words and phrases from the "Keywords" tab into each of the five "Search Terms" fields in Amazon Seller Central (include the five-digit sku as one of the keywords). Multiple words can be entered into each field. It is recommended that, if possible, phrases be entered alone into one field and the remaining single words be entered into other fields separated by spaces (rather than commas). Use Windows Character Map if you need to enter accented characters.

III. Notify Merchandising That the IM Tasks are Completed

1. Once you have finished adding the product in Seller Central, ask Merchandising to set the relevant "On Amazon" flags to "Y" (if you plan to add the product to multiple foreign-language Amazon websites, it may make sense to wait until you have added the product in all of the Seller Central versions before notifying Merchandising):
