TASTING NOTES Nose Soft, mellow grain yielding to gentle vanilla spice carried along by a subtle, sweet background. Palate Very light and smooth, rich sticky heather honey and old fashioned bitter orange marmalade, vanilla appears as the palate dries. Finish Medium length sweet and ever so slightly spicy finish.

Instructions: Chill the cocktail shaker and pour all ingredients into it. Cover, and gently shake to mix and then pour in a Martini glass or Amber Glen nosing goblet.
