need!for!any!bad!driving.!Remember!that!lateness!penalties!only!apply!at!MC!1!(Start!of!The!Event),!MC!2!

(Coffee!Halt!Out),!and!MC!3!(Lunch!Out)!competitors!who!arrive!at!the!refreshment!halts!behind!time!should!

Delay(Allowance(In!the!event!of!significant!delays!there!will!be!a!provision!for!competitors!to!claim!a!delay!allowance!at!the!start!
