Eileen Delaney has worked as an administrative coordinator for the NE Region Sales Team for approximately 12 months. I have worked with several Administrative Coordinators over the past 15 years at Amgen and I would rank Eileen as one of the best. She is well organized, meticulous, and her follow-up has been superb. Most follow-up requests have been completed same day. Eileen has also been incredibly diligent in making sure the entire NE Region Management Team has followed up on National and Regional requests in a timely manner. She has done this by sending daily/weekly reminders to the NE District Managers. This has personally helped me better manage my schedule and day to day activities. Eileen has always treated me and other District Managers in a respectful and professional manner which we all appreciate. She has been a joy to work with and her shoes will be difficult to fill.

I would highly recommend Eileen for any administrative coordinator position she is applying for and I believe she will be a tremendous asset to any organization.

You were very proactive in your role and were effective managing many different tasks and projects working with the district mangers and the home office.
