Sent 10,648 video fi les to Crawford Moved 201.6 terabytes over the network and onto 70
hard drives

WGBH CONTRIBUTED FILES, TOO
...we had a 57% failure rate.
We learned the hard way that everyday IT operations are not good enough.
In the end: 26.4% failure rate
