AMP helped us to develop coaches. With 21 coaches and almost 180 kids spread over four mountains, consistency between the coaches

has always been challenging. AMP allowed me to not only assign

exercises and drills to the coaches so all mountains had the same

general focus, it also allowed me to build a macro progression for the season in order to help teach the

coaches how to pace skill development. Very exciting.
