1- choroid plexus ( note it appears grey

inside the black ventricle)

1- quadrigeminal (or supra-cerebellar cistern)

2- Folia of cerebellum (note the black lines)

3- sylvian fissure

4- 3rd ventricle

Note : around the 3rd ventricle there is Hypodensity (Dark) this is the Thalamus

1- posterior horn of lateral ventricle.

2- Sulcus (black due to CSF)

3- Gyrus ( grey)

1- this is the MCA ( Middle cerebral artery

as seen on CT enhanced contrast study)

Note : there are 2 small white Dots (Green arrow)

this is the Anterior cerebral artery (ACA) , communicating with middle cerebral artery

1- Straight sinus (venous) as seen on CT enhanced contrast study
