Phase 2a Update
Phase 2a allows Mailers to request MTE directly from Postal plants through MTEOR
It was piloted on October 7, 2013 at three Postal plants:
Mailers who currently request MTE from these plants are able to participate in the pilot
As of October 28th, over 130 requests have been made through MTEOR, with Santa Ana leading by over 70 requests!
The MTEOR Feedback Survey has been sent out to Mailers who have placed requests and posted to the MTEOR RIBBS page.

MTEOR Enhancements
We identified level of efforts (LOE) for the MTEOR enhancements discussed during previous meetings
Enhancement LOE
Customer Reports – Templates are still being defined and are open for discussion TBD
Messaging ‘Module’ on MTEOR Homepage – Various updates will be shared with users via messages (i.e. known system issues; MTE supply updates, etc.)
MEDIUM (2-4 Weeks)
Order History – Order history will be expanded to 10/15/30 days. Users will eventually be able to export up to 13 months of order history
Home Page – LOW (< 1 Week)13 Month History – MEDIUM (2-4 Weeks)
Withdraw Capabilities - When a user withdraws an order, the screen will be automatically updated to show the available transportation and ‘Modify’ will be added as an order status
HIGH (>4 Weeks)

Inventory Reports
The new, rolled-up inventory report will provide the home offices visibility into the amount of MTE at each facility and the Mailers who are not compliant with the weekly inventory reporting requirement
These reports will display the following information:
