• 2007 applied for Transit Operations Grant

• 2007 receive from Shakopee Tribe:– (1) used 14 passenger bus – (1) used 18 passenger bus

• October 2008 hire Transit Director

• October 2008 hire bus drivers

• October, 2008 RFP for Consultant – to write Short Range Transit Plan

• November 1, 2008 begin Tribal Transit Service

• April, 2009 implement Short Range Plan

• Initial Hours: 7:00AM - 6:00PM

• Planned Hours: 7:00AM-10:00PM– Provide youth program transit option
