Team MakeupTeams will consist of a VGT, PGA or Tour Carded Professional and three (3)
amateurs. Professionals are required to bring their own team of 3 amateurs to be
eligible to play in this event. Exemptions to this rule will come from the Tourna-
ment Organizing Committee who may assign sponsored teams to play with topVGT/Tour Players.
Individual amateurs or teams without a host professional are encouraged to contact the
Tournament Oce for assistance in gaining entry into the event.
Team spots will be guaranteed on a rst-come, rst-paid basis until May 25th,
2010 or a eld of 50 teams is achieved. Thereafter, teams will be accepted on a
space available basis only.
Team HandicapsHandicaps must be veried by RCGA, USGA, or other certied golf
association. Valid RCGA or USGA numbers required for amateurs to
compete for individual low gross and low net prizes. Copies of cards or
certied print outs must be signed by the team pro and submitted to thetournament committee upon request. The tournament committee
reserves all right to review and adjust individual or team handicaps as
necessary. Handicap factors will be conrmed and frozen as of June 3,
2010.
EVENT INFORMATIONEntry Requirements
36 - Hole Pro-am Event Round One: 50% of Teams will play Hazelmere Golf Course (1pm Shotgun);
50% of teams will play Belmont Golf Course (12pm Shotgun)
Round Two: Teams will switch and play the opposite course from day one.
Scoring Format: The Best 2 net scores out of 4 over 36 holes will be counted
to determine the overall winning team.
Male Amateurs will play from the following tees: 0-8 Blue Tees;
9+ White Tees
Female Amateurs will play from the following tees: Red Tees
Team prizes will be based on 36 Hole/ 2-best ball scores
Individual low gross and net prizes in each handicap flight.
(Note: To compete for individual prizes, players must play an d score onevery hole NO PICK-UPS!).
Daily on-course contests for Pros & Amateurs
54 - Hole Professional ChampionshipProfessional gross scores over the rst two Pro-am rounds will be used to
determine a 36-hole cut to the top 25 scores plus ties. The top 25 and ties
will play on day three on the Swan-e-set Bay Links Course. Based on a full
eld of 50 teams, Professionals will compete for total purse of $32,500
with first place prize of $10,000. Professionals 54-hole scores will
determine their position in this event, which is an Ocial Vancouver Golf
Tour event. The Order of Merit Points won at this event will count towards
Vancouver Golf Tours 2010 CLEVELAND/SRIXON ORDER OF MERIT.

Entry Fees:Amateurs: $600 plus GST per player.
VGT Preferred Professionals: $250 plus GST
Non-members/ VGT Basic Members: $300 plus GST
Amateur Entry Includes: 36 Holes of Pro-am Golf with Canadas top PGA and Touring
Professionals including power cart.
Lunch provided on both days
Deluxe Buffet Dinner provided on Friday
Certificates for Amateurs to play one practice round at each of
Hazelmere and Belmont (Mon-Fri after 1pm). Valid before June
4th, 2010 only.
