DESCRIPTION
I spoke about 3 themes that interest me and their impact on social marketing online. They include secrecy and reputation management; content licensing models and challenges facing legal functions in a marketing context. One topic which received quite a bit of interest was the Streisand Effect and how its dynamics impact social marketing and communications. Privacy and personal information is also a pretty popular topic although I didn't go into a lot of detail in this talk.
