Task: Convert Main Street back into two way flow without reconstruction costs. [Status: Roadway converted to two way traffic but back-in parking not used here, though used elsewhere.]

Task: Seeking developer and council support of an alternative intersection design, as the first modern roundabout for downtown. Client: Development Review and Public Works [End result: roundabout built]

Task: Development of an alternative roadway lane layout based on a queuing street to improve bike and pedestrian safety along heritage arterial streets with limited width. [2016 Status: street restriped “as-is”]

Task: Development of updated parking lot layout and circulation standards to improve pedestrian access and safety. [End result: Staff dialog generated and some pedestrian enhancements adopted.]

Task: Development of an alternative roadway lane layout to improve bike safety and property access. [End result: bike lane added.]

Task: Development of an alternative roadway lane layout to improve bike safety and property access. [Status: waiting for Walmart development to install refuge island.]

Task: Development of an alternative arterial bikeway link and use of new design treatments. [End result: conventional bike lane built but road converted to two way traffic flow.]

Task: Development of an alternative arterial bikeway link and use of new design treatments. [End result: blue conflict bike lane not used here.]

Task: Development of an alternative arterial lane layout to provide safer bike access and tourism for rural Oregon town. [Status: not yet built]
