TasteProjectisdesignedsimplytofeedpeople.1ofevery6Americansfacetherealitytheymaynotbeabletoprovidefortheirnextmeal.Thereareprogramsthathelp;however,inTarrantCounty, 40%ofthisfoodinsecurepopulation liveabove thepoverty levelandreceivenogovernmenthelp1.

Ourfirstproject,anon-profitrestaurant,willfocusonhealthy,qualitymealsmadefromlocalingredients.Ourmenuwillhavenoprices.Thisisagiveandtakeconcept.WeaskTasterstodooneofthefollowing:1)paywhatyoucanafford2)paywhatyouwouldtypicallypayor3)paywhatyouwouldtypicallypay,plusaConcept Imageslittleextra.
