E-Commerce Booster Package

E-commerce for domestic market – Singapore E-Commerce Programme • Retailers can embark on this initiative with one of the four eCommerce platform partners (i.e. Amazon, Lazada,

Shopee and Qoo10) who will provide solution offerings to retailers to catalyse on-boarding, and also to build digital marketing capabilities to ensure sustainability in the long-term.

• These platforms will help and support retailers to curate and list their products online, perform fulfilment and delivery of orders, participate in promotion campaigns and perform basic data analytics of their sales.

• Each eligible SME retailer will receive a one-time support for up to 90% of the qualifying costs, capped at $9,000.

E-Commerce for overseas market – Multichannel E-Commerce Programme • SMEs can also tap on the on-going MEP, launched in Nov 2019, for support for overseas markets. The support level

has been enhanced from 70% to 90% till 30 September 2020.

• Curated solution providers on the MEP Programme will help retailers to list and sell their products on multiple overseas e-marketplaces.
