When the Real Leader Speaks, People Listen• Leader can be easily recognized from one group

of people by the influence he exerts over the group

“when people respect you as a person, they admire you ”

8 | LAW OF INTUITION

“Intuition is the hardest leadership skills because it has a lot to do with natural aptitude for seeing all of the factors at once ”

13:LAW OF REPRODUCTION

When the leaders show the way with the right actions, their followers copy them and succeed

Remember your leaders, those who spoke to you the word of God. Consider the outcome of their way of life, and imitate their faith

14. The Law of Buy-In

The leader finds the dream and then the people. The people find the leader and then the dream

People follow worthy leaders who promote worthy causes they can believe in.

People buy into the leader first, then the leader’s vision

Law of buy in causes people to take one of four actions:-

1. Look for another leader when they do not buy into the leader or the leader’s vision

2. Look for another leader when they do not buy into the leader but buy into the vision

3. Seek to change the vision when they buy into the leader but not into the vision

4. Support the leader and the vision when they buy into both

15 - The law of victory

"What is our aim ? I answer in one word : Victory, victory at all costs, victory in spite of all terror, victory, however long and hard the road may be : for with our victory, there is no survival.“

Winston Churchill
