DearParents,Recentlyyourchildparticipatedinanartdocentlessoninwhichthestudentswereabletocreatefamilyportraitswithclay!WearesoluckytohaveakilnatNorthwoodandtoofferourstudentstheopportunitytoworkwithclay.Herearesomeofthebenefitsofkidsworkingwithclay(source:www.artistreevt.org):

• MotorSkills-Clayisanexcellentwaytoimprovedexterityandstrengthenlargeandfinemotorskills.

• CreativeProblemSolving-Playingwithclaystimulateschildren’simaginations.
