The AIESEC Way describes what AIESEC´s ambition is for having a positive impact in the world. Furthermore it explains what we do to get closer to our vision.
It all started after Second World War
A group of young people gathered in Western Europe and discussed what we can do to in order to ensure that similar conflicts do not happen again. They determined that cross-cultural understanding was essential to prevent similar conflicts.
