All Materials and written material contained within thesedocuments are the sole property of the Creative Directions.3. All dimensions are to face of stud, or face of concrete inplan, and to top of plate, top of sub-floor. or top ofconcrete in sections, or elevations, unless otherwise noted.4. The general contractor and each Sub-Contractor shallverify all dimension and job site conditions beforecommencing work.In addition, all work shall conform to all applicable, City,County, and State codes.2. 6. The General contractor shall provide a complete andfinished job including all necessary labor, materials,
equipment, taxes, fees, insurance etc. (Unless ownerspecifies otherwise in contract) It is the General contractors
responsibilitiy to designate the division of work among thethe individual workmen and sub-contractors, each whom
shall be fully qualified to perform their designated work.7. The Plumbing and Mechanical Sub- Contractors shall
verify the adequacy of building assemblies for the properconcealment of piping and ductwork prior to the ordering
of materials or commencement of work.8. Reference details are typical conditions. Detail references
noted as similar, apply to similar conditions.9. Provide installation and hook-up of all utilities in
accordance with applicable codes and utility companyrequirements.
10. All equipment and proprietary materials shall beinstalled in accordance with manufacturer's printed
instructions.
