SmartStatement:• Create and distribute in-depth financial statements for both

Debtors and Creditors with minimal effort or input from the user.

• Statements include detail concerning open items, ageing information and lastly allocation detail of transactions.

• For the distribution of statements the add-on caters for bulk emailing, faxing and printing.

Step 4: Process Statements

• Creates remittance advice reports for distribution to Creditors• Assists with internal reconciliation by automatically allocating relevant transactions

to one another.• Doubles as a Payment Engine which allows a user to create payments as

deemed necessary and then including these payments in a remittance advice report.

• If payments where created the user also has the choice to auto create an Electronic File Transfer document to send to the bank.
