Clinical will be combining these into one criteria

The hydroxyzine-cetirizine connection

• A metabolite of hydroxyzine– Good antihistamine– Not as sedating– No anxiolytic effects– No analgesic sparing

properties

Zyvox - Cetirizine

Hydroxyzine HCl

It’s ok to ask!• Is it Medically Necessary?
