We are LuxCraft, makers of fine outdoor products, and we’re pleased to meet you.
Founded in 1990, LuxCraft began as a small business in the corner of a barn, exclusively manufacturing outdoor wood furniture. In the years that followed, as LuxCraft’s product line expanded to include outdoor structures and poly furniture, our facilities and dealer base grew accordingly. Flash forward to present day and you’ll find our product being made in a 56,000 square foot shop before being distributed to hundreds of dealers throughout the US and Canada.
So what distinguishes LuxCraft from other outdoor product manufacturers? Our first priority is quality, and all furniture and structures are built to last. With 60,000 square feet of warehouse space, we stock over 30,000 items for immediate pick-up or shipment year round. What’s more, LuxCraft outdoor structures feature 10-year limited warranties.
Though LuxCraft is operating on a much larger scale, employing 35 people instead of two, our core values remain the same. Each transaction is handled with integrity and focus on customer service. We build our products with emphasis on durability and longevity, then price it accordingly . Best of all, LuxCraft products are made right here in America (Ohio to be exact) so by buying our products you’re not only improving your outdoor space, but boosting the economy as well.

enrich your outdoor living sPaceA gazebo is a perfect addition or enhancement for any garden or yard. Whether attached to the deck, set near a pool, or planted in the landscape, a gazebo is an outdoor room in its own right and offers a protected spot for dining, cooking, or relaxing. Pavilions and pergolas can also be used to define activity zones in your backyard paradise. Use them to create focal points, separate areas according to function, or provide transitions from one area to another. Choose from LuxCraft’s numerous styles and options to create an aesthetically pleasing structure you’ll enjoy for years to come.
• Wood is sustainably harvested, making it a renewable resource and environmentally-friendly
• We only use select grade, micro-pressure treated, kiln-dried yellow pine
• Lumber is air-dried for five to six months to eliminate shrinkage, warping, and checking
• Lumber is hand-selected for maximum structural strength and beauty
• LuxCraft offers six stain and paint options
• We use vinyl containing recycled content for a minimal environmental footprint
• Vinyl is virtually maintenance-free, requiring no paint or sealant
• A hard-wearing material, it won't rot, crack, or peel
• Exceptionally easy to clean; dirt can be washed away using only a sponge and a hose
• LuxCraft offers three vinyl color options

customer serviceOur customer service and sales team is always on-hand to answer questions or assist with orders. We believe the key to good business is a personal relationship with customers, and we strive to achieve that with every interaction.
made in the usaLuxCraft products are made right here in America (Ohio to be exact) by skilled craftsmen in our 56,000 square foot shop. Each product is hand-crafted and inspected before it’s allowed to leave the shop.
stainless steel fastenersAll LuxCraft products are assembled with stainless steel hardware for optimum durability. Stainless steel is corrosion and stain resistant, which ensures its brilliant shine will last for years to come with very little maintenance.
freestanding PergolasA LuxCraft pergola’s post, beam, and brace system makes it rigid enough to be completely freestanding. This eliminates any pergola placement headaches and allows you to enjoy the backyard of your dreams. See page 24.
luxcraft design centerWith the LuxCraft Design Center, you have complete control over the finished product, from size, material, and color to how the structure is delivered. Our step-by-step system ensures the process is as easy as possible. See page 31.
QualityWhy choose a LuxCraft outdoor structure? Our first priority is quality, and all gazebos, pavilions, and pergolas are built to last. We’re constantly reevaluating products to ensure you’re receiving nothing but the best.
attention to detailOur craftsmen don’t cut corners and nowhere is that more evident than our metal roofing. No screws mar the ridgecap surface, and we use extra material to cover the gap at each corner. Attention to details take LuxCraft structures to the next level.

Luxcraft winDow sYstem featuressimple operationthe 4-track window system height is divided into four vents. Glazed with a tough resilient vinyl, the vents are available in four different tints*: clear, smoke, bronze, or dark gray. the vents are all the same width, allowing them to be interchangeable, so the tinted ones may be positioned for better protection from the sun. the vertical window closes to reduce wind, rain, pollen, and sound. the units are lightweight and move effortlessly along the guide tracks, stacking up or down to allow a generous 70% ventilation opening. the windows can withstand a wind load of 75 mph.*nOte: all windows are standard with the top three vents in clear, and the bottom vent in bronze tint. Please specify if you would like any other tint.
virtually maintenance-freethe vertical 4-track vinyl glazed window and screen system is constructed of extruded aluminum. the frames have stainless steel hardware and an integrated fiber mesh screen. the screen system covers 100% of the window, leaving no gaps for bugs to enter. all the vents are easily removed for cleaning. Do not use harsh detergents containing bleach or ammonia. Simply remove dust or grit with a soft brush or hose down with water when cleaning is needed. We also have a vinyl window cleaner and polish (made exclusively for the window system) available for your use.
easily repaired and safe for kidsalthough not likely, the vinyl can become damaged. if your kids do happen to crash into the window and puncture it, you can have that safe feeling knowing they won’t cut themselves. Simply return the damaged vent to us, and we will replace the vinyl for free!

1. Choose a SizeDetermine what size pergola you would like by measuring the space you have available. luxCraft pergolas feature 5" square posts and a 12"-24" roof overhang on each side. When ordering, use outside post to outside post measurement as pergola size, not overall dimensions. For example: a 10'x12' pergola will measure 12'x16' overall. Standard post height is 8', but longer heights are available as an upcharge.
