TECHNICAL AWARDS-WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

• All invited, Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 5:30 Selma High School Auditorium

• Several AFJROTC Seniors will receive Career Technical Completers Certification Awards

• Business and Industry Leaders from Dallas County Presenters

CADET GOALS 2015-2016CADET GOALS:55% of cadets achieve 80% or better on Cadet Health and Wellness post-test, in 2 of the 5 required exercises(Monitored by Vice Commander& Support Staff)Post test results from tracking sheets of cadets that have accomplished results.

80% of the entire cadet corps will achieve a 2.4 GPA with no flight averaging less than 2.2 GPA, per semester in AFJROTC.(Monitored by ASI &SASI)Post cadets who meet goal

SCHOOL GOALS:Cadets accomplish an 90% school attendance rate per semester.Monitored by Commander/Vice Commander)Post cadets with 85% attendance each semester.

10% or less of cadets referred to out of school suspension for discipline infractions during the academic year. (Monitored by ASI &SASI)Post cadets who are suspended.

COMMUNITY GOALS:85% of cadets participate in at least one corps sponsored community service project annually(Monitored by Recruiting & Operations)Post cadets as complete community service requirements
