PRODUCT ENHANCEMENT PROCESS - 2010 456 new enhancement requests received A few duplicated items (votes merged – 10 point maximum) Excel format Maximum 100 points allocated per Maintenance paying customer Voting - 4 Dec 2011 – 27 Jan 2012 74 companies voted (7031 votes registered) Highest 132 votes (registered by 25 voters) 70 requests failed to receive a vote
