Implementation updates• Change maximum delegation size of 103/8 IPv4 address

pool to a /23– Delegation size reduced from /22– Applicable to all initial requests to APNIC or NIRs– Immediate interim implementation on 28 Feb 2019 (consensus

reached)– Formally implemented in early April 2019 (EC’s endorsement)

• Abolish Waiting list for unmet IPv4 requests– The list was created to queue for recycled address space (non 103/8

space)– Implementation on 2 July 2019
