• Agreement by the headmaster and school partners• Nomination of school teams: 1 school coordinator + a team of at

least 5 teachers (from different subjects)• Regular meetings for planning and reflection about successes and

difficulties• Regular participation on further education sessions• To realize Global Education in daily lessons and projects• To provide material within the project• Supporting the dissemination and evaluation process
