We assessed each option based on our requirements and potential business user cases

FlowForma was chosen because

1. The quality of the approvals and communications options

2. Flowforma visual form editor allowed us to create forms that conformed to our visual branding guidelines.

3. The application sits on our Office 365 tenancy4. The ability to produce letters5. SureStart Programme

• Student confirmation of registration (taking data from data abstraction layer)

• Library Access request form

• Permission to advertise Research Post (PF4)

Key Findings

• None of the solutions investigated were fully NO-CODE

• The reality is no SaaS solution can provide the customized and bespoke solution for all business processes.

• These no code solutions could not be rolled out to individual departments without support from IT Services or a dedicated training programme.

• Microsoft Flow and PowerApps are gaining increasing functionality but FlowForma fills a gap
