Current Status

The AGIC Data Portal is in production – it does not feature tracking or security – link to it from agic.az.gov website

The AZGEO site – which will ultimately replace the AGIC Data Portal - is in development and soon to be moved to a staging server (target date April 15th)

The AZGEO site is being tested by 9-1-1 users initially. Other testers will be added after initial testing is complete (target date June 15th).

Step #1 - Register

• Basic identification • Identify main affiliation(s)• Everyone is in Public by default

Operations:

Default Role can view but not upload data

Add Data

Mini-Metadata

Data Access

Choose who can access your data and how they can access it

Search Data

Added data or services are available in the catalog.

.Zip files are downloaded via the catalog.

Filters can be applied for searches.

Only those with permission can see data in catalog.

View Data

Added data is viewable in the map if ‘make available as service’ is checked.

Added data is clip n’ shippable if that box is checked when added.

Only those with permission can see data in map.

Data Disclaimer –A work in progress

Tracking Data

Each dataset added shows as a record in the tracking module.

Datasets stats can be viewed all together or individually.

Total count = number of times metadata is viewed.

Day count is just for that day.

Dataset Specific

Shows IP address, timestamp, user name and e-mail for each time metadata is accessed.

Same information is available for .zip downloads and clip n’ ship downloads.
