DOCUMENTING A WEBSITE IN NOODLE TOOLS

Before documenting each website, open your project by clicking on the title.

Click green New Source button on top left of screen.

Click Website tab.

Click Web Page.

Copy the URL from the web page and paste into Noodle Tools in the URL section.

DATE OF PUBLICATION

Look for a date of publication on the web page. (Oftentimes it is located at the top or bottom of the web

page. Sometimes it will not be included

DATE OF ACCESS

Use the most recent day that you used this website for your project.

CONTRIBUTERS

Contributors can include an author or editor. Some web pages are authored by a group of people rather

than one person. Input the author (if listed on page).

ONE AUTHOR

GROUP AS AUTHOR

WEB PAGE OR DOCUMENT/ARTICLE TITLE

Type in title of web page (look at the top of the page).

Type the name of the Web Site (top of the page.)

Add the publisher of the website ONLY if it is different from the author and/or the website name. HINT: Look for copyright

symbol at bottom of web page for publisher.

Save using the green button at top or bottom of Noodle Tools.
