In the hospital

Birth location1. Because it is safer Doctors and nurses would be available anytime 2. Better hygiene Don’t want my baby take any risk of infection

Diet during pregnancy1. Fruit and vegetables

apple, cherry, strawberry, grape → homo iron would be good to mother

2. Starchy food bread, potato, rice, beans → important source of energy

Antenatal care ☆ Ultrasound scans 1. soundwave to build a picture 2. no harm to baby or mom 3. check baby size 4. whether more than one baby 5. detect some abnomalities

Exercise during pregnancy1. Always warm up before exercising, and cool down afterwards.

2. Running, swimming, cycling, walking no more than 15 minutes.

3. Don’t exhaust yourself.

Things to avoid1. food

Partially cooked or raw egg and meat →avoid food poisoning

Liver or fish oil →vitamin A

2. Smoking Definitely do harm to the baby !!!
