Under PanAfrican e-Network Project, Kigali Institute of Education is pleased to advertise fresh admission intakes of certificate programmes to be offered by University of Delhi (Delhi University) and Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) for the academic year 2012. Tuition fees for admitted students are fully covered by the project.

The application file is compulsorily deposited in the Academic Registrar office is made of:

- Receipt of the application fees (5,000RWF) deposited on 0010013800790601(ECOBANK) - An application letter (addressed to The Rector- Kigali Institute of Education, P.O Box 5039, Kigali-Rwanda); - Two copies of the application forms filled with a black pen (Application forms are also available on KIE website:

http://www.kie.ac.rw under Tele-Education link and to the photocopy machines in front of KIE main entrance; - Two recent photo passports (with white background); - Two copies of the degree (notified); - All academic transcripts/mark sheets in two copies (notified); - A detailed curriculum vitae with further supporting documents such as certificates and recommendation letters. - A photocopy of the identity card/passport

The closing date for applications is scheduled on Monday 19th March 2012 at 5:00 pm.
