business processes

BLOOMSBURY’S CHALLENGE AND OUR SOLUTION

We replaced over 10 platforms in

3 continents and brought over 10 brands

on to a single platform creating an ecommerce site

that attracts many millions of visitors

WHAT WE DELIVERED

Built in .NET, integrated with CRM, billing and product systems

Understanding Bloomsbury’s audience and technical requirements were the two key factors to success. First, we conducted customer research to determine relevant functionality and utility: browsing habits, purchase behaviour, the role of social media and response to online marketing. Then, we determined approaches for: platform migration strategy, CRM and billing system integration, product database integration and online account management.
