This guide will help you achieve

AN INCREDIBLEINTERVIEW

EXPERIENCE

Getting to Your Interview• We are located at 100 Summer St, Boston MA 02110

• If taking the T, you can walk from South Station or the Silver Line Courthouse stop

• If traveling from out of state, the most efficient way to get to and from Logan airport is to take a Taxi/Uber/Lyft

• When you arrive, please check in with the front desk and come up to the 17th floor

What to Expect• Plan to arrive 10 minutes early • There is no set dress code for the office; some of

your interviewers may be in jeans, others may be dressed up.• For your interview, we recommend business

attire• Give a firm handshake when introducing yourself• Be sure to make and keep eye contact• Bring copies of your resume

Know Your Interviewers• The HR & Talent Coordinator will send you an

agenda detailing who you will be meeting with• Look up each interviewer on LinkedIn, noticing

their career paths and any commonalities you have

• Prepare questions for each specific interviewer (some ideas on the next slide!)

Preparing Questions• Prepare general questions about Bullhorn

• What do you like best about Bullhorn?• Can you tell me about what your career path has been here?

• Prepare questions for each interviewer (1-3 questions each)

• Why did you decide to come work here?• What is the biggest challenge you see, or current employees

face, in the role I am interviewing for?• How do you see someone growing both in and from this role?• How would you measure success in this role?

What YOU May Be Asked• Potential questions from the interviewer:

• Why are you interested in Bullhorn?• Why would you be a great fit for the position?• Walk me through your work history• Tell me about a time when you worked as part of a

team• What are your ultimate career goals?

• Those interviewing for technical positions may be presented with a technical problem to solve during the interview
