Overview of BREATHE study using Bio-Well/Sputnik interface. (The most advanced scientific instrument for the study of Energy)Purpose: To observe & record the level of Energy influence in the community hall during the 3 cycles of breathing, each cycle being 11 Minutes & the influence on the participants overall wellbeing. Objective: To assess the energy levels and correlate the findings based on the revealed outputs suggested from the BREATHE meditation. Process: The Bio-Well / Sputnik combo was set up at the entrance of the community hall and was activated 20 minutes before the program and closed 20 minutes after conclusion of program. Over 200 people from the community participated.Parameters of assessment: Intensity + Energy + Standard Deviation (S.D.)Intensity: Averaged energy of light emissions, measured in computer units.Energy : Level of the Energy of light photons emitted from environment to sputnik sensor. Higher values indicate increased energy. S.D.: is a measure that is used to quantify the amount of variation or dispersion of a set of data values. A standard deviation close to 0 indicates that the data points tend to be very close to the mean (also called the expected value) of the set, while a high standard deviation indicates that the data points are spread out over a wider range of values. (Also reveals the level of non-uniformity of the Energy Graph curve)

The 3 “BREATHE” cycles – Each one precisely 11 min. with their specific outcomes – Gurubachan Singh Ji conveys and prepares the field prior to each cycle.

The following 3 charts will illustrate the statistical valuations of the entire event. Intensity – Immediate increase as the “BREATHE” begins & is sustained throughout the duration.

Observe the Energy increase at the moment “BREATHE” meditation begins & is sustained thru the duration of the 3 cycles.

Std. Deviation shows the most significant response of the participants. Lower the bars, greater is the response.(From the 2 plots highlighted, it is evident of the effects noted are realized. ie: From stress relief to joy to radiance.)
