SETTINGE THE SCOPE: WHAT IS A BROWNFIELD

Brownfields are sites that have been affected by the former uses of the site or surrounding land, are derelict or underused, and may have contamination problems. They often have a bad image and are often not competitive compared to greenfields without public intervention. These sites often have to be the remediated of hazards to human beings, groundwater and ecosystems, and need to be put back to the property market. (by Cabernet network)

Cities must be viewed as ecologicalsystems. III.A Vsaj dve variantni rešitvi možnega razvoja območjanivo obdelave: idejni osnutek - grafični prikaz v malem

merilu (nepodrobno) s kratkim opisom predlagane rešitve, iz česar bo med drugim razvidno:

- opredelitev prehodov skozi območje- umeščenost, gabariti in tipologija objektov- horizontalno in vertikalno razporejanje programov

III.B Vrednotenje variantnih rešitev- kvantitativni urbanistični kazalci: faktor zazidanosti

območja, faktor izrabe območja, faktor prostornosti območja itd.- kvalitativni urbanistični kazalci: kontekst, prehodnost, berljivost itd.

NAČRT URBANE REGENERACIJEminimalni obseg: 1. Razlagalne skice razvoja ideje (t.i. rationale)2. Načrt regeneracije

Grafični prikaz z opisom predlagane rešitve, iz česar bo med drugim razvidno: - upoštevanje konteksta prostora- opredelitev prehodov skozi območje- umeščenost, gabariti in tipologija objektov- horizontalno in vertikalno razporejanje programov- kvadrature predlaganih programov (npr. poslovni,

stanovanjski itd.) - vhodi in vstopi v objekte in garaže- razmejitev med javnim in zasebnim prostorom- ukrepi za izboljšanje berljivosti/čitljivosti prostora

3. Izračun ekonomske upravičenosti predlagane rešitve – se izdela skupaj na vajah s prof. Dimitrovsko Andrews

4. Faznost izvedbe z navedbo deležnikov in njih. vlog5. Načrt monitoringa

Format: vsaka skupina izdela 2 plakata 70/100 cm (pokončni format) in maketo

Merilo: - razlagalne skice (t.i. rationale): poljubno merilo- ureditvena situacija celotnega območja: 1:750- podroben prikaz urejanja izbranega ožjega območja

na Bratovževi ploščadi: 1:150- maketa celotnega območja 1:750

Obvezna oprema plakatov:plakati se pripravijo kot razstavni – skupine uskladijo način zapisa osnovnih podatkov (leto izdelave, člani ekipe, mentorji itd.) in uporabljene tipografije

Obvezna oprema kartografskih prikazov: navedba prikazane vsebine, navedba merila, legenda, opisi prikazane vsebine

Material za maketo: poljuben

Obvezne korekture in oddaja:- 11.1.2017 – preverjanje ekonomske upravičenosti predlagane

rešitve; obvezna korektura plakatov- 18.1.2017 - končna oddaja s predstavitvami
