US
Established in 2008 by Konrad Williams, KWCC has since grown to become one of Western Australia’s leading local providers of Civil Earthworks, Building & Construction, Project Management, Design (Civil and Structural), Earthmoving Equipment Hire services. Scalability of the services has not been an issue for KWCC, and, thus, for over a decade, we deliver a complete set of services to meet all sorts of demands, schedules, and budgets.
A strong commitment to maintain high standards in work ethics and offer bespoke solutions empowered KWCC to lay the foundation of many successful projects and lasting collaborations with clients operating in mining, commercial infrastructure, and civil construction throughout Western Australia.
We have spanned the last 13 years across variable sites in the North of WA in commercial infrastructure, mine camps, mine sites, oil & gas, residential building, and construction projects. We are devoted to offering significant value across the entire construction value chain from planning stages all the way to the completed and approved building structure.
Over the years, KWCC has adopted a proactive approach to developing cost-efficient solutions and solving our customers’ major pain points.

KONRAD WILLIAMS
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Konrad brings 16 years of mining and civil experience to the team. Starting his career as all do as a humble labourer, he was quick to learn the skills required in civil industry and moved progressively up to managing director and has remarkably within 8 years grown a company that still at its heart remains humble and appreciative of its clients and team.
Konrad’s key skill is the ability to bring key people to the team to create quality that creates confidence within our clients to ensure on going work for the present and future. He is the cornerstone of the business with his calm, collected, and defined management style that is both agile and progressive.
JEFF BURKE
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Jeff Burke brings 35 years of construction, mining industry experience to the team. With diverse years managing his building company, completing many successful residential, commercial and construction projects. IN NSW/ACT/WA. He was honored with 14 building awards from the HIA and MBA, including “Master Builder of the Year” for 2 consecutive years and “Custom Home Builder” for 5 consecutive years.
For 9 years, Jeff Project managed works directly to Rio-Tinto across multiple sites from Mine site Infrastructure, Civils, Buildings installs and Camp construction. He is also a founding partner of Onyabike Adventures and Revolution Paint Holdings.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT and LEADERSHIP TEAM.
Consists of a broad range of talent from remote regions of Mine Civil & Construction and general local construction. The majority being hand -picked experienced local trades and machine operators with a multi-disciplined knowledge and skill set. All the time working under our trained Industry Supervisors and Project management team, leading the onsite delivery of works to our clients. Supported and backed by KWCC in house HSE, training, planning and administrative team members, in an industry that moves quickly requiring commitment by all to maintain our proven standards at KWCC.
