Importance Staying healthy is important because to
be lean and strong you’ll need to eat the right foods
Eating fruits, veggies, vitamins, and nutrients would help your body to be in shape instead out of shape and unhealthy.
Bad Foods Pizzas, fried foods, burgers, meat with
lots of fat, candy, possibly every food that’s not healthy in any way is bad.
We all know it tastes good to eat, but its not healthy at all! It can cause many people to be sick or die!
Even the popular food “Ramen Noodles” can cause cancer because of the MSG.
MSG MSG=Monosodium glutamate Monosodium glutamate, also known as
MSG, is the sodium salt of glutamic acid, one of the most abundant naturally occurring non-essential amino acids.
In other words MSG is a very bad chemical acid that can kill you. This acid can seriously damage your health and is widely used in processed foods.
Fruits and Veggies Fruits and vegetables are healthy foods
meant for your body and won’t get you sick.
Everybody needs healthy foods especially kids and people in sports or physical after school activities.
Its important to stay healthy everyday and all the time.
