Calio’s signature burger; handground AAA Canadian beef, topped with avocado, poblano chilis, jack cheese, arugula, chipotlé and pimiento relish. Served on a toasted Briocheroll.

Shredded chicken slow-cooked with jalapenos, pinto beans, corn, dried poblano, and a host of other mesmerizing flavours.

Layers of grilled eggplant and mozzarella casseroled with a ragu of vine tomatoes. Topped with parmeigiano regiano and fresh basil.

Pacific Chub Mackerel grilled simply and served with lemon orzo risotto and steamed broccolini.

Char-grilled purple-sprouting broccoli drizzled with a honey, tahini, lemon, and sesame dressing.
