What is URBAN SPRAWL?When people move from the city to the suburbs and spread the city out over the surrounding environments

This hurts the environment.

How can we make this into something usable?

One way to do this is to get more out of land we’re already using.

Smart GrowthZoning vacant lots to build more IN the city, rather than outside of it.
