USER NAME & PASSWORD AUTHENTICATION

You need to enter ‘user name and password’ to run this software.

You have option to have more than one user.

It has been developed with an important feature ‘user’s rights’ that

you can assign the specific rights to each user.

The each user has no access to this software except his rights.

MAIN FORM

From this main form user can choose different options to enter the specific

information regarding New Student, Fee, Expenses, Employee, Salary, Test Marks

and sms etc.

ADD NEW STUDENT FORM

In this user can feed all the information of new student under unique roll number

and class.

There is auto selection of subject under specific course.

Initial charges like admission fee, monthly fee with auto calculation can be

entered in this form.

A user can also attach here the photo of student.

sheet to the parents of students through message on their mobile.

Staff is necessary for each business. In this system user can feed information about his

record reports can be viewed and printed.

In this part there are many options like class, degree, session, subjects, marks,

designation, course etc. where user need to feed information in the above said

form one time.

Then the information can be auto selected during the entries in the other forms of

system.

The latest technology is used to design and develop this system, so

it can be used for life time. By attaching the thumb impression device to the

application, the attendance is based on biometric system. It is user friendly.
